Masonry Steps and Porch Stoops
I believe there is no explanation needed to realize what steps are. But, did you know that there are many ways to install and fix a set of steps?
You can find all diferent types of steps: Concrete steps, Stone Steps, Flagstone Steps, Paver Steps, Brick Steps, and many more...
All of them have different installation and repair procedures. What I want you to understand is that you do not have to settle for an ugly set of steps.
For example, brick steps tend to have damaged mortar joints and loose pieces. We can help you reinstall those pieces and repoint all the damaged joints with matching mortar!
And if you have a damaged set of concrete steps, we can install stone veneer on top of that old concrete to not only fix the problem, but also enhance the look of the hole structure!
The same can be applied for porch stoops. These structures are usually built like steps but with bigger dimensions, so all the procedures would be the same when fixing stone porch stoops or similar.
This is a broad overview of a few pointers for different flagstone patio installations. There are many details and techniques that are not explained here.
