BRICK AND BLOCK


Brick Wall Brick Walls and Concrete Block Walls are some of the most common materials used in masonry. Although you might think that most of the houses on the area of Maryland are made out of wood. A big part of them are built with concrete or block foundation walls, and covered at the front with brick veneer.
You can also see a big amount of brick walls used as privacy fences. Or block walls used as retaining walls.

Block Wall These materials becomes more common when you take a look at commercial building and the way they are built. Most of them are based on concrete, bricks, blocks and steel.

The biggest difficulty when installing brick and block walls is to keep them aligned and plumbed as you go up the wall.
If you do not have enough experience you will find yourself with a croocked wall that does not look appealing nor structurally sound.
